I have used Chef Garby at La cazuela vasca on 3 different occasions for intimate dinners. The food has been so amazing that I asked for some repeat dishes. Her attention to the quality of the food is outstanding and the presentation is unique to the dishes. She is so much fun to work with - from preparing the menu, to the cooking, and to the serving. She describes every dish to the guests so that they can enjoy the cultural experience that comes with her cooking with love.
