I was born in San Sebastian, in the heart of one of the worlds' greatest culinary traditions. It was in my mothers' kitchen where I first discovered the essence of gastronomy, through fresh ingredients, shared moments, and a deep respect for flavor.
Over the years, my journey has taken me across different countries, allowing me to explore new cultures and cuisines. Yet, no matter where I have been, a sense of nostalgia for my homeland has always guided me back to my roots. That connection inspired me to deepen my passion for Basque and Spanish cuisine.
I don't just cook, I tell stories. Each plate carries a piece of history, a memory, or a tradition the I enjoy with my guests, transforming every event into a truly unique culinary experience.
